Design Justice Labs is a loose and inclusive digital network of people and institutions interested sharing resources for the teaching critical AI literacies, the application of design justice principles, and research in the interdisciplinary field of critical AI studies.

Through various grants and related activities, our institutional partners so far have included the following institutions. We are always looking for opportunities for further collaboration.

At Rutgers, the governance for DESIGN JUSTICE LABS is organized through the Critical AI @ Rutgers initiative which is led by a steering committee. We are also affiliated with Critical AI, a scholarly journal published with Duke University Press.
